during my stay, I truly enjoyed the fantastic views of the volcanic landscape and the welcoming staff who made me feel at home. The close proximity to Playa Las Cucharas, perfect for a refreshing beach stroll, was a great bonus.

we had a great time at the beatriz! the food selection was impressive, and the staff were super friendly. there’s a heated outdoor pool which was such a bonus. plus, the spa area was fantastic, with lots of wellness options to unwind.

The extensive buffet dining offered a variety of fresh food, so there was always something new to try, and the separate snack bar by the pool ensured you weren't left hungry. The evening entertainment featured themed shows that kept things lively despite being a bit cheesy, perfect for family-oriented fun.

Noise levels were a major drawback, particularly with entertainment that kept blasting until midnight, making it tough to catch some Z's if you were trying to wind down. The chairs and sofas in public areas felt outdated and uncomfortable, and the rooms had limited power outlets plus a lack of basic supplies like a kettle, which made enjoying a hot drink tricky.

I was particularly impressed by the large and airy spaces throughout the hotel, which made moving around easy. The pool area was stunning with a beautiful design, inviting me to relax and enjoy the sun comfortably.

More shaded seating by pools would be beneficial.

I was totally blown away by the amazing views of the volcanic landscape from my room! Plus, the large pool area offered countless sunbeds where I could relax and soak up the sun. Don't get me started on the buffet dining – each meal was a culinary delight with themed nights that kept things exciting!
